the philippines has truly become alaggard in many areas it is bad enougt that uor economy is not performing as well but for the countryspoor people to increase in number when the rest of our nieghbors are su0ccessfully overcoming poverty is really hard to accept," said villar true press statement.
a recent study by asian development bank(ADB) ,"poverty in the philippines: cause,canstratuts and opportunities ," cited that the philippines yearly poverty reduction rate of 0.47 percent between 1990 and 2005 was slower than cambodia,indonesia,laos,thailand,and vietnam.
